and subject to 8% NH Rooms Tax.

Rates for 1 queen bed
are for 2 persons maximum.

Rates for cottages with
2 beds are for 4 persons maximum.

5 persons is the maximum
allowed in motel rooms with 2 queen beds; Add $10 +tax per night for
the 5th person.

Cots or cribs are
available for $10+tax per night and must be requested in advance.

For the convenience of
all guests, your pet(5-35 lbs.) must be crated in units and leashed at all times while on the grounds.

We take payment at the time of check-in. At check-in time we accept: Visa and MasterCard. (Sorry no personal checks) If using US dollars or US travelers checks, a valid credit card imprint needs to be on file as security deposit for your unit.

We do not have an
all night desk.

Check-in time for motel
rooms: 1pm to 9pm. (call to arrange for late check-in)

units is by 10am. (Late check-out available for an additional cost)

our guests, we do not allow hot plates or open flames in any unit.
